Q: How do I reserve my date?

A: We reserve on a first-come first-served basis. A 30% non-refundable retainer and signed contract is required to secure your wedding date with Heyday Collective.


Q: How many people can you accommodate?

A: We will do our best to provide the appropriate number of stylists to accommodate your entire party based on the time you need to be ready for photos.


Q: What is included with Bridal at Heyday Collective?

A: Here at Heyday, we offer luxury bridal styling with exclusive salon privacy, or on-site stying at your venue within 45 miles. Feel free to have your bridal party, photographer, makeup artist, and catered refreshments while getting ready in our intimate space! We want this day to be as relaxing and fun as can be!


Q: How far will you travel?

A: For on-site styling at your venue, we will travel a complimentary 10 miles from the salon, and beyond 10 miles for a rate of $1 per mile with a maximum distance of 45 miles.


Q: How much time should I plan for getting ready?

A: This all depends on how big or small your bridal party is. Our bridal specialist allots 45 minutes per bridesmaid, mother, junior bridesmaids. For the bride, we allot 90 minutes to make sure you are 100% happy and confident with your look.


Q: What happens at my trial?

A: The Bridal Trial appointment serves the purpose of sampling different hair styles. Our hope is that we will find the perfect style that is detailed and catered towards you! We will take photos to ensure satisfaction on your wedding day.


Q: How much is the trial and when should I schedule it?

A: The Bridal Trial is $100 per 90 minute appointment. The trial should be scheduled as close to your wedding date as possible. We recommend 30 days or less prior to your wedding. Trials are scheduled on Tuesdays or Fridays.


Q: What should I bring to the trial?

A: Please bring all hair jewelry, veils, hair extensions, or any other accessories you might be wearing in your hair on your wedding day, this will help capture the full look!


Q: Should I bring anyone to the trial?

A: While we love our friends and family, they also can be the most opinonated people we know. We suggest coming alone to your trial, and don't worry -we will get plenty of pictures to show your friends and family. We want to know what YOU want, not what great aunt Sally wants!
